1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company that runs the design, manufacture, and sales business of automobile parts (hereinafter “Plaintiff company”).

B. The Defendant National Metal Trade Union (hereinafter “MMMMM”) is an industrial trade union consisting of workers engaged in the metal industry as its constituent members.

C. The Plaintiff Company currently has four trade unions as follows:

1) The metal labor union and the racing sub-chapter B (hereinafter “B branch”) are called “B branch.”

: It is the subdivision of the metal labor union and racing branch comprised of the workers of the Plaintiff company (i.e., a trade union is the metal labor union itself which is an industrial union, and B subdivision is the internal unit organization of metal labor union.

(2) From around 2010 to around 2010, the Plaintiff Company’s sole trade union was comprised of more than 500 members. However, the number of its members is approximately approximately 100 members. 2) D trade union (hereinafter “D trade union”): A trade union formed by the resolution of the general assembly of Defendant B Branch by industry from the industrial trade union to the company-level trade union.

On and after the establishment of a trade union, the number of union members reached 500 persons, but thereafter, the court's decision that the resolution of the above general meeting is null and void (Seoul Central District Court 2010Kahap124798 case, Seoul High Court 201Na7940 case, the Supreme Court's decision of final appeal (Supreme Court 2012Da96120 case) is in progress at the present of the above case (Supreme Court 2012Da96120). The majority of union members, who were expected to withdraw from the labor union at around December 2012, are still remaining five union members.

3) E Trade Union (hereinafter “EM”) is referred to as “EM”).

(4) The FF Trade Union is a company-level union established on or around December 2012 with most of the employees belonging to DM as its members around December 2012. The current number of its members is about 400.4) The FF Trade Union is a company-level union. The current number of its members is about 3-4.
