Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.2 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 25, 1997, the Defendant issued one check number D, 10,000 won at C offices operated by the Defendant in Jung-gu, Seoul, and one check number D, 10,000 won at face value, and the date of issuance on February 19, 2013, which was presented on February 13, 2013, for which the holder of the check issued on February 13, 2013, which was within the time limit for presentment of payment, but did not receive the disposition of suspension of transaction.
