Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 31, 2015, at the entrance of Pyeongtaek-si B around 20:0, the Defendant committed assault, such as, at the entrance of Pyeongtaek-si B, the Defendant took a bath to the Cnart staff D, who was under influence of alcohol, without any justifiable reason, and bleeped the left-hand side on one hand, and 2-3 occasions and 2-3 times and flick the head on one hand.
