Defendant

A is a person who operates a commercial sex trafficking business establishment of "G" on the first floor of the F hotel underground in Daegu Jung-gu, and Defendant B is a person who works as an employee of the said business establishment.

A around October 1, 2016, under the name of opening a business place for the management of the skin, under a lease contract with the above F hotel representative director, H and the above hotel underground first floor from October 1, 2016 to June 30, 2018, the lease term of which is 30,000,000 won for lease deposit, monthly rent of which is 2,5000 won, and Defendant B operated the above sexual traffic business place with the trade name of “G” and employed Defendant B as an employee in charge of the above sexual traffic business, and the above I as an employee in sexual traffic around November 2016.

On December 6, 2016, the Defendants received 120,000 won from a slope K affiliated with the Justice of the Daegu-gu National Police Agency, which controlled commercial sex acts at the said commercial sex acts establishments as the price for commercial sex acts, and arranged the said I to engage in the sexual intercourse similar to that of the said I. From November 2, 2016 to December 2, 2016, the Defendants received 120,000 won from many unspecified males who purchased sexual intercourse from the said I as the price for commercial sex acts.

As a result, Defendants conspired to act as a broker for commercial sex acts.
