1. Defendant D Co., Ltd. shall pay Defendant C KRW 2,250,000,00 to the Plaintiff, and at the same time, Defendant C shall be attached Form 1.

Basic Facts

On March 30, 2010, the sales contract of each of the instant sales contracts was prepared with regard to each of the real estates listed in the separate sheet No. 1 in the separate sheet No. 1, in which the seller, the Defendant C, and the purchaser, set up a sales contract with the amount of KRW 3 billion.

(2) The above sales contract: 3 billion won (land KRW 1 billion; KRW 2 billion; KRW 120 million for simultaneous payments: KRW 120 million for the contract; KRW 20 million for the second intermediate payments: KRW 80 million for the second intermediate payments on March 31, 2010; and within 6 months from the date of the first intermediate payments: the seller shall change the building ledger of the building which is the object of sale from the general building ledger to the aggregate building ledger, and shall deliver documents related to the registration of ownership transfer to the buyer without delay after the registration in the copy of the register. The buyer shall pay the remainder of the loan to the buyer. 3. The buyer shall approve the buyer’s possession and right to use the real estate which is the object of sale and purchase at the same time, and the buyer shall bear the seller’s responsibility for the change and cancellation of the ownership registration ledger at the rate of 0.6.0 billion for the purchase and sale of real estate at the same time, and the buyer shall also pay the seller’s expenses incurred for the change of the ownership ledger and the remainder (general).
