The punishment of the accused shall be determined by six months of imprisonment.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 2, 2019, at around 01:40, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender under suspicion of assaulting C at the Bupyeong-si Bel. On the same day, around 02:52, the Defendant was found to have failed to take over the Defendant to the criminal team of the Hacheon-si Police Station in front of the E District District located in Seocheon-si, 02:52, and thereby interfered with the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties concerning criminal investigation.
