1. The Defendant’s KRW 2,442,155 with respect to the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from January 1, 2016 to February 12, 2019.

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is an incorporated farming association established on November 30, 1994 for the purpose of the management of agriculture and livestock industry, and the main contents of the defendant's articles of incorporation are as follows:

(1) A person who is eligible to become a partner of an agricultural partnership shall meet the following requirements:

4. Persons who consent to the purport of this partnership as adult aged 20 years or older; and

5. An owner of farmland, cash, agricultural machinery, livestock, or other goods which can be contributed;

A person who operates or cultivates farmland of not less than 1,00 square meters (excluding farmland attached to an agricultural or fishing village, etc. sold or leased pursuant to the main sentence of Article 83 (1) and (2) of the Act on the Special Measures for Development of Agricultural and Fishing Villages) or a person who annual sales of agricultural or livestock products through agricultural management are not less than one million won, or a person who is engaged in agriculture for not less than 90 days in a year under Article 11 (1) (Joining an incorporated association) shall file an application for joining (or accompanying documents) with the incorporated association, stating the following matters:

Provided, That a production organization shall submit subparagraph 3 and its business registration certificate (or certified transcript of register).

1. Name, address and resident registration number;

2. Family relations;

3. Number of contribution units intended to accept a harsh payment and the property which is the object of investment;

4. Where an association corporation receives an application for joining on the scale of its management (area for competition, annual sales of agricultural and livestock products), and the number of days to be engaged in the farming day during the year, it shall determine whether to join the association at the general meeting, and where it approves its joining, it shall notify the applicant for joining of the decision to pay contributions (where it is necessary to transfer, register, register, or transfer property which is the object of investment, and then deliver the documents in full), and enter
