1. Defendant A, B, C, D, and E shall be sentenced to one year of imprisonment and fine of 3,00,000,000 won, Defendant F and G shall be subject to a fine of 5,00,000,000 won, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

(a) No person other than a medical person who violates the Act on Special Measures for the Control of Public Health Crimes shall perform any medical practice, and no medical person shall perform any medical practice other than that licensed;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, other than medical personnel, used special drugs such as ridocar, rye, gye (i.e., chlosophtho sharing type A), and a medical device used as materials for collecting fuel for crye removal (i.e., chlostry crythothothy), and agreed to perform medical practice with a view to receiving money for profit by using one-time cryeing type (i.e., polydithy sye type: polydithy sye type) which is a medical device for recovery of skins and to towing of frys, such as the face of the recipient who wishes to perform sex procedures such as the improvement of crye, etc., one-time crye type (i.e., injection), one-time cyeing machine into a injection machine, and one-time crye type (ii) in which the crye is fixed within the body.
