A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) sought a safe control room located in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government’s Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “D” history; and (b) sought to open a door which is favorable without any justifiable reason, as a matter of course, and as a matter of course, intended to open the door by force.

Accordingly, it interfered with the affairs of subway safety management by force, such as intending to enter the safety management office without permission and damage the organization map posted at the place, by moving it into the safety management office without permission, to damage the victim E (the South, the age of 26) out of the above history.

2. On October 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was asked of the police officer G ( South, age 41) belonging to the Fdistrict of the Seoul Police Station, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Seoul, who was called out after receiving a report of the same content as paragraph (1) at the place described in paragraph (1) at around 21:50, and was asked of questions about the circumstances of the instant case from the police officer G ( South, age 41) who was called out after receiving a report of the same content as paragraph (1) at around 112.

“I want to see” and attempt to see G, and as a result, I assaulted the left part of the motor vehicle on one occasion to walk.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of official duties related to the 112 reported duties.

3. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 2, is accompanied by two service personnel at the victim G as described in paragraph 2, and “I am gue,” to the victim G as described in paragraph 2.
