Punishment of the crime

피고인은 2020. 2.경 불상지에서, 위 보이스피싱 총책인 성명불상자(위챗 아이디 ‘B’)로부터 “한국에서 체크카드를 이용하여 무통장 송금을 해주면 송금액의 2%를 수당으로 주겠다”라는 제안을 받고 이를 승낙한 후, 2020. 2. 26.경 서울 관악구 남부순환로 1721에 있는 봉천역대합실에서 위 성명불상자의 지시에 따라 전달책으로부터 C 명의 우리은행 카드(카드번호 D)를 전달받아 보관한 것을 비롯하여 별지 범죄일람표 기재와 같이 총 12개의 타인명의 체크카드 및 통장을 보관하였다.
