A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From February 1, 2016 to March 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) leased Nos. 2 and 1420 in Seoul Dobong-gu, Seoul and 1420 to run a commercial sex business establishment; (b) from male customers who reported the Internet advertisement, the Defendant was receiving KRW 80,00 per hour the price for commercial sex acts from the male customers who found the Internet advertisement; and (c) employed female employees C on the condition that he provided KRW 50,00 among them; and (d) had C off off the will of male customers and her sexual flag by hand and her scambling it, thereby arranging commercial sex acts.
