Punishment of the crime

On June 12, 2017, the Defendant driven B K7 car under the influence of alcohol with about 0.105% alcohol concentration from a section of approximately 1km from the front day of the CGV wave shop located in the Dongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Chungcheongnam-si, Seoul to the front day of the window-distance street located in the same Eup/Myeon.
