Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 24, 2018, the Defendant driven a non-registered UTV-150 vehicle that was under mandatory insurance without obtaining a driver's license from the road located in Sari Sin on March 16:28, 2018 to the 143 km south-ro, Taecheon-si, Taecheon-si, without obtaining a driver's license, while under the influence of 0.159% alcohol during blood.
