Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a low-speed car.

On May 4, 2014, the Defendant, at around 21:20, proceeded with the mountain village of Sincheon-si, Sincheon-si, Sincheon-si, Sincheon-do, Sincheon-do, Sincheon-si, Sincheon-si, Sincheon-do, with the mountain-ri-ri level.

At the time, there is a night and a place where the center line of the yellow-line is installed, so there was a duty of care to ensure that the driver engaged in driving service should thoroughly operate the electric-line and safely.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and got the front portion of the victim C(the age of 42) driving, which was operated in the opposite part due to the negligence of breaking the center line, and received the front portion of the victim C(the age of 42) driving.

Ultimately, the Defendant by occupational negligence inflicted an injury on the victim E (the 42-year-old) of chills, tensions, etc. requiring approximately 3 weeks of treatment on the part of the victim E (the 42-year-old-old-old-water), suffered from the injury of the victim E (the 40-year-old-old-old-water), such as the chills and tensions that require approximately 14 weeks of treatment on the left side of the sloping-out-of-the-land in need of approximately 3 weeks of treatment on the part of the victim F (the 40-year-old-old-old-water-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-in
