【The Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a group, deadly weapon, etc.) at the Seoul Southern District Court on March 20, 2014, and was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution for August, 2014 by the same court on December 18, 2014, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on March 24, 2015, and the said suspension of execution was invalidated on March 24, 2015, and was released on February 29, 2016 and passed on May 18, 2016.
