Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 17, 2014, the Defendant violated the Passenger Transport Service Act: (a) leased BK5 automobiles from Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd. on or around March 22, 2015; and (b) transported BK to the front road of the residence in E in front of the motion picture theater located in E in E-si, Leecheon-si; and (c) agreed to receive KRW 10,000 in return, to receive KRW 10,000 in return, in return for the lease of the car from the car rental business entity; and (d) transported BK5 automobiles from Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd. on or around March 22, 2015

Accordingly, the defendant leased a commercial car of a car rental business operator and used it for transport with compensation.

2. 성폭력범죄의처벌등에관한특례법위반(카메라등이용촬영) 피고인은 2015. 3. 22. 03:06~03:42경 사이 이천시 F에 있는 모텔 호실에서 피해자 (여, 19세)와 성행위를 하던 중 피해자의 주의가 소홀한 틈을 타 휴대전화기의 동영상 기능을 켠 상태로 침대 옆 보조테이블에 휴대전화기를 설치함으로써 피고인의 휴대전화기에 있는 사진 및 동영상 촬영 기능을 이용하여 피해자의 음부 등 나체를 사진 및 동영상으로 촬영하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using mechanical devices such as carmeras against his will.
