1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On July 15, 1986, the Plaintiffs acquired shares of 1/3 of the 10,356 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) among the 10,356 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”).
B. On October 1, 2004, the Plaintiffs concluded a sales contract on the instant land with an educational foundation E (FU; hereinafter “E”), and agreed to receive KRW 4,320,000 as the down payment at the time of entering into a contract, and KRW 1,728,00,000 as the intermediate payment on November 1, 2004, and KRW 1,94,000 as the intermediate payment on March 2, 2005, and KRW 216,00,000 as the remainder payment on December 15, 2009, and stipulated the following terms and conditions.

2.In order to use the above land as a school site at the F University, the seller will issue a letter of application for incorporation into a separate land at the time of the receipt of the second intermediate payment.
3. If the buyer demands all administrative documents for authorization and permission from the date of the payment of the second part to the date of the transfer of ownership, the seller shall prepare and provide them.
4. To conclude a mortgage contract with an amount not exceeding 130% of the purchase price of the land at a certified judicial scrivener office designated by the purchaser at the time of the payment of the second intermediate payment, and to establish a mortgage registration for the establishment
5. To provide purchasers with all documents required for the transfer of ownership when it is possible to transfer ownership after obtaining the permission to revise the urban planning project after making a decision on school facilities later.
6. The remaining 216,00,000 won shall be paid on December 30, 2009; however, if it is possible to transfer ownership due to the determination of school facilities and the project implementation permission, the seller and the buyer shall enter into an agreement with each other to transfer ownership within two years from the outstanding payment date if it is difficult to transfer ownership by December 30, 2009, even if it is difficult to transfer ownership by December 30, 2009.
7. Various kinds of taxes imposed prior to the date of transfer of ownership shall be paid by sellers.
