1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B: the real estate listed in Section 1 of [Attachment];
B. Defendant C shall each be in accordance with the attached list Nos. 2 and 3.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The parties 1) The plaintiff is entitled to the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents (hereinafter “Urban Improvement Act”).
The name of the administrative district was changed from the Michuhol-gu Incheon Metropolitan City on July 1, 2018 to the "Seo-gu" in accordance with the Michuhol-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.
2) A project implementation district (after 129,599.9 square meters, the area of the district was changed to 129,323 square meters;
The project implementation district of this case is referred to as the "project implementation district of this case"
(2) The Housing Redevelopment Improvement Project (hereinafter referred to as the “Maintenance Project”);
on October 4, 2010, Incheon Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as the "Seoul Metropolitan City head") shall implement the project.
(2) The Defendants are the Housing Redevelopment and Development Project Association which obtained authorization for establishment on October 13, 2010 and completed the registration of establishment on October 13, 2010. (2) The Defendants are the lessees of each real estate listed in the separate sheet in the project implementation district of this case (hereinafter “each real estate of this case”); the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1; the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2, No. 3; the Defendant C is the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2, No. 4; the attached sheet No. 2, No. 2, No. 5; and the Defendant D installs the steel container No. 36 square meters in the ship connecting each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 4; and the joint list No. 2, No. 523, No. 46, Dec. 1, 2015; and the joint list No. 523, No. 523, Dec. 4, 2016>
B. On August 8, 2016, the remaining head of the Si/Gun/Gu authorized the implementation of the instant rearrangement project on the same day, and publicly notified the project as H of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City public notice on the same day. 2) The remaining head of the Gu authorized the management and disposal plan of the instant rearrangement project on June 19, 2017, and on the same day, Incheon Metropolitan City.
