1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 50,000,000 for the Plaintiff and 18% per annum from October 22, 2015 to May 18, 2018.

On October 21, 2015, the Plaintiff leased KRW 50,000 to the Defendant with the due date set as KRW 30,00,000 on November 30, 2015, with the interest rate of KRW 50,000,00 may be recognized by adding to the whole purport of the pleadings. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of KRW 50,00,000 and KRW 18% per annum from October 22, 2015, which is the next day of the borrowing date, until May 18, 2018, the delivery date of the copy of the complaint in this case, and from the next day to the day of full payment, 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings.
