1. The Defendant’s KRW 144,103,240 for the Plaintiff and KRW 20% per annum from September 19, 2008 to September 30, 2015.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;

3. Since the statutory interest rate of 15% per annum is applied from October 1, 2015 in accordance with the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Part of Dismissal (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015) and the statutory interest rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, the portion seeking the payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate exceeding 15% per annum after October 1, 2015 is groundless, and thus, is dismissed.
