Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 30, 2010, the Defendant: (a) leased the “D” car page of the 1st underground floor in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon; (b) delivered KRW 25 million to the wife F of the victim E, who is the lessee, and operated the said car page until April 2013; (c) was aware of the fact that F was instructed by the lessee G after receiving the premium from the lessee, and did not install the store facilities, etc.; (d) was returned the premium to the victim and F; and (e) did not comply with it; (c) the Defendant, despite the fact that the victim acquired the money under the name of the premium, was willing to have the Ka P, who was the lessee, obtained the fraud from the victim.

Around August 14, 2013, the Defendant called the above H in F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F.C.
