A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
around July 2015, the Defendant: (a) graduated from the department of management of D University; (b) has a certificate of accountant; and (c) monthly income is KRW 5,000,000 for C at the first time in a club of the trade name “B” located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
The father is a new father who operates a business entity, and he/she has not been respected among his/her children.
