Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who was enrolled in C’s website as “D” and “E”.

1. At around 16:30 on December 11, 2014, the Defendant, by accessing “C” Internet c” in the Yongsan-gu Seoul Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Franc book, posted a letter “I, first, I will see that I will start this point because I are due to the fact that I would like to start this point due to the fact that I would like to see that I would like to start this point directly satison the thickness of I will start this point,” and then, from around that point, I would like to 61 times in total, as shown in [Attachment 1] Crimes List from January 18:39, 2015.

Accordingly, the Defendant openly insultingd the victim 61 times from December 11, 2014 to January 9, 2015.

2. 정보통신망이용촉진및정보보호등에관한법률위반(명예훼손) 피고인은 2014. 12. 9. 17:13경 서울 용산구 F피씨방에서 ‘C’ 인터넷 사이트 C에 접속하여 강사이야기방 게시판에 "여기 인터넷 성희롱범 주의!!!!!!"라는 제목으로 피해자 G의 사진과 C 닉네임 ‘H’을 적시하며 ‘내남편 내남친, 오빠가 이러고 있으면 이해됩니까 요가원장이라 하더니 여기서 이러고 있을 줄이야’라는 허위사실의 글을 게시한 것을 비롯하여 그 무렵부터 2015. 1. 9. 19:02경까지 별지 2 범죄일람표 기재와 같이 총 12회에 걸쳐 피해자 G에 대한 글을 게시하였다.

Accordingly, with a view to slandering, the Defendant damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out false facts on 12 occasions from December 9, 2014 to January 9, 2015 through an information and communications network.
