1. The Defendants are listed in the separate sheet No. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 among the real estate underground floors listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On August 6, 1998, the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff, the owner of the real estate listed in the annexed Table 1 of the YYIDDz, the Plaintiff, the owner of the real estate indicated in the annexed Table 1 of the YIDz, the YIDDz (hereinafter referred to as the “YIDDz

3,051.9 square meters (large-type 1; hereinafter “instant store”) among the underground floors of real estate listed in the attached list to the Defendant.

A) The lease deposit was leased KRW 400,000,000 per month for rent (excluding value-added tax), and the lease period was from August 6, 1998 to August 5, 2003, and the store of this case was delivered around that time. The lease contract was renewed on January 6, 1999, and the lease deposit was changed to KRW 580,00,000 per month, and the rent was changed to KRW 10,50,000 per month. 2) The lease was renewed, and the rent was not paid properly, and the Plaintiff appropriated the full amount of the lease deposit for overdue rent, etc. on March 23, 2004.

B. The Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”) is liable for debt acquisition and lease between the Plaintiff and Defendant B Co., Ltd.

On April 2, 2010, Defendant B entered into a lease agreement (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) with the Plaintiff on April 16, 2012, under which Defendant B assumed the unpaid rent and the obligation of management expenses, and jointly and severally with the Plaintiff, that the rent and the management expenses incurred from the contract should be paid to the instant store. Defendant B entered into the said lease agreement with the Plaintiff on April 16, 2012 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”). Defendant B did not pay the Plaintiff the lease deposit under the said lease agreement.
