[Criminal Power] On July 22, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Gwangju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju Prison on May 20, 2016.

1. On June 24, 2016, around 22:40, the Defendant showed an attitude that he would pay the taxi fee on the front side of the Gwangju Southern Police Station, which is located in the Nam-gu Seoul Southern-gu volcanic City, Nam-gu, Gwangju, and changed to the front side of the E hotel located in Gwangju Southern-gu, by boarding a taxi operated by the victim C.
However, the defendant was unable to pay taxi charges because he/she has no money.
As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the said victim as above, had the said victim operate the taxi to the destination, thereby acquiring pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 8,600 of the taxi fee.
2. On July 2, 2016, around 00:30 on July 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) viewed the Defendant’s attitude to pay the alcohol value to the said victim at the main point of “H” operated by the victim G in the Dong-gu Gwangju-gu, Gwangju; and (b) ordered beer.
However, the defendant was unable to pay the drinking value even if he was provided with beer by the above victim due to the lack of money.
The Defendant, as above, was accused by the above victim, received from the above victim a total amount of KRW 196,000,000.
3. On July 22, 2016, around 02:00, the Defendant sent an attitude that the said victim would pay the drinking value at the main point of “K” operated by the Victim J in Gwangju Northern-gu, and ordered beer.
However, the defendant was unable to pay the drinking value even if he was provided with beer by the above victim due to the lack of money.
The Defendant, as above, was accused by the above victim and received from the above victim 13 soldiers a total sum of 104,000 won.
around 01:00 on July 7, 2016, the Defendant appears to pay the alcohol value to the above victim at the point of “N operated by the victim M in Gwangju Northern-gu L.”
