1. The plaintiff is the plaintiff's defendant B, C, D, and defendant E, the taking over of the lawsuit.

(B) In the event that the above Defendants are collectively named, the Defendant Guarantee Corporation (the name prior to the alteration: the Korea Housing Guarantee Corporation) concluded a warranty contract for the instant apartment as follows. (B) The Defendant Guarantee Corporation entered into a warranty contract for the defect liability of the instant apartment with the Defendant Construction Corporation. (1) The Defendant Guarantee Corporation entered into a warranty contract for the defect liability of the instant apartment with the Defendant Construction Corporation as the head of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office to guarantee the warranty creditor for the instant apartment as to the instant apartment as to the instant apartment between the Defendant Construction Corporation and the Defendant Construction Corporation as the head of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office (hereinafter “each guarantee contract of the instant case”).

Defendant C&D received a warranty bond from Defendant D&D and deposited it to the head of Sungdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the authority for usage inspection of the instant apartment.
