Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a Bsch Rexroth car.

On January 20, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol of 0.05% with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.05% on January 20, 2015, and led the two-lane road of 206-14 in front of the Seoul Mapo-gu World Cup-ro 206-14 to proceed along the two-lane road in the joint-dong room from the bank located in the KT New Village-ro.

In the event that the signal apparatus is displayed to a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle, the driver has a duty of care to stop the motor vehicle immediately before the intersection, to look well at the front line, and to prevent the accident by safely manipulating the brake system.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant neglected to stop the Defendant’s intersection signal in the direction of the Defendant’s proceeding, and followed the D Village bus of the victim C(69 years old) driving from the red-burged area to the Sung-dong side of the Defendant’s movement, followed by the Defendant’s vehicle behind the Defendant’s driver’s vehicle at the left side of the vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant suffered from the victim C with respect to the foregoing occupational negligence for approximately two weeks, such as climatic salt, tensions, etc., and the bus passengers E (the age of 33) with respect to approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) was driven by the Defendant in the state of alcohol of approximately 400 meters in the section of approximately 0.05% of blood alcohol concentration from the section of approximately 400 meters to the same Gu monthly World Cup north 206-14, on the temporary border as set forth in paragraph (1) of the same Article.
