Defendant

A is the vice head of the Construction Business Co., Ltd., which carries on civil engineering and landscaping business, and is a manager in charge of overall business instructions within the open space in which materials of the F Co., Ltd. are kept by the Corporation and Co., Ltd., and Defendant B is a borrower of G Co., Ltd., who is in charge of the above-mentioned vehicle operation, and the victim H(48 tax) is a person who is in charge of the above-mentioned vehicle operation when ordered by the Corporation Co., Ltd. as a representative of the Corporation Co., Ltd., and carries freight by driving the freight vehicle

Defendant
