Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Co-owned property partition and ownership transfer registration 1) E and F are converted into D forest land 7 square meters on July 7, 1960, 6,942.14876 square meters (hereinafter “D forest land before division”).

2) On March 11, 1969, the Defendant (a land improvement cooperative) changed the name of the Defendant on March 11, 1969 with respect to the share 2,092/19,350 of D forest land before division.

It does not distinguish the change of name below and is "Defendant".

(2) With respect to the portion owned by F on April 28, 2007, for sale as of November 15, 2001 under the name of the Plaintiff on December 11, 2001, each transfer registration for the portion owned by E was completed on September 28, 1989 under the name of J clan for sale as of September 28, 1989.2) The Defendant appears to have concluded an exchange contract with J on April 27, 2009 with the Defendant on April 27, 200 for the transfer registration of ownership for the portion of the forest owned by the Defendant under the name of JJ as of November 15, 201, because it was based on public sale as of November 15, 201.

B. On April 29, 2009, 8,629/19,350 shares of D forest land was completed in the name of the defendant.

(4) Thus, after the division on June 18, 2009, the registration of ownership transfer under the Plaintiff’s name was completed with respect to D forest 2,290 square meters, and the instant forest 3,351 square meters, and M forest 495 square meters.
