A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a B K5 vehicle;
On January 21, 2015, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol of 0.235% with a blood alcohol concentration of 20:30%, and continued to run the said Samsung Apartment in front of the said Samsung Apartment 102.
