A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. On August 27, 2018, the Defendant: (a) removed the amount of marijuana in which the market price cannot be determined by removing the gap in the hemp field owned and managed by the victim C, which was owned and managed by the victim C, from August 27, 2018; and (b) stolen it by means of cutting off the amount of marijuana in which the market price cannot be determined.
B. At around 16:50 on September 27, 2018, the Defendant removed, in his hand, approximately 2.4kg of marijuana, where the market price cannot be known, in the hemp field owned and managed by the victim C, which is the above place, and stolen it by means of removing it.
2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc.;
A. At around 17:00 on August 29, 2018, the Defendant cut off marijuana in and near its home located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and put it into a tobacco dog and smokeed marijuana in a way of smokeing the smoke. (2) On August 31, 2018, the Defendant smokeed marijuana in and near its home located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, by taking the fluencies (pertime smoking amount) into the tobacco dog. (3) On August 31, 2018, the Defendant: (1) around 18:00, put the fluencies (per time smoking amount) into the tobacco dog; and (2) smoked marijuana in and around the said place by taking the fluencies (pertime smoking amount) into the tobacco dog.
3) At around 18:00 on September 2, 2018, the Defendant, at the vicinity of his house, 18:00, putting marijuana in the tobacco dog, fluoring it into the tobacco dog, and fluoring it. 4) On September 21, 2018, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way that smokes in the manner of smoking. around 18:00 on September 21, 2018, the Defendant, around 18:00, putting the marijuana in the vicinity of his house, which is the foregoing place, into the tobacco dog, fluoring it into the tobacco dog, and fluoring it into the smoke.
B. At around 19:20 on September 27, 2018, the Defendant possessed marijuana on the floor to build approximately 2.4 km, as described in paragraph 1(b), in the Felel G located in Gangnam-si: (a).
