A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Evidence of subparagraphs 1 through 5 seized by the defendant shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

[2018 Highest 74] After sunset around 18:0 to 20:0 on November 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) destroyed and damaged the crime prevention windows by a hacksaw that was in possession of the victim C, and a hacksaw that was in possession of the second floor, and then intruded into the said residence, and subsequently stolen the victim’s cash 2.50,000 won in the outside lusium of the victim, who was in possession of the clothes of the said place, from that time until December 27, 2017, the Defendant stolen the victim’s property worth KRW 1,2270,000 in total, by destroying part of the structure at night or impairing the residence through the window, such as the list I of crimes committed in the attached Table 1.

[2018 Highest 755] From around 19:34 on December 21, 2017 to around 19:56, the Defendant committed a theft of money and valuables, etc. installed on the window due to a hacksaw, which was possessed by the victim F in the family area of the victim F located in Seongbuk-gu E branch in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, and attempted to commit a theft, but did not discover stolen things, but did not do so. From around 18:0 on November 11, 2017 to December 19:56, 2017, the Defendant committed a theft of money and valuables in total amount of KRW 430,000 by five times in total, as shown in Appendix II of the Crimes.
