1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of the lawsuit, including costs incurred by participation, are all assessed against the Plaintiff.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. An intervenor is a school foundation that establishes and operates C University, and the Plaintiff is appointed as a teacher of C University on March 1, 200 and currently serves as a professor of D Department at C University Headquarters University.

B. On June 1, 2008, C University E-Center (hereinafter “instant center”) was established, around July 2008, as a business entity of a regional innovation center project to support and supervise the Ministry of Knowledge Economy (former Ministry of Knowledge Economy) and the Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology, which is an affiliated organization, established C-university E-Center (hereinafter “instant center”). The Plaintiff was working as the head of the instant center from July 1, 2008 to December 10, 2012.

C. On November 26, 2012, the Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology notified the purport that “The Plaintiff, the general manager of the instant center, shall be replaced by another person, who is responsible for the performance and operation of the instant center, shall be held responsible for the performance and operation of the instant center.” Accordingly, the head of the instant center was changed from the Plaintiff to F on December 11, 2012.

The results of the use of equipment and the next year plan presented by the comprehensive opinion is insufficient, and the expertise of the head of the center is low, taking into account the future plans that do not know about the equipment management, participating companies management, administrative processing, etc. of the center's employees at the present time, it is reasonable to suspend the center in this case, considering the following plans: (a) the details of the provision of free-of-charge services that fall short of the originally planned objective in terms of equipment use fees, technology transfer fees, etc. for the year 2012; and (b) the administrative aspects and management aspects of the technology transfer contract, such as the actual inconsistency with the actual contents of the technology transfer contract; and (c) the lack of equipment traceability;

D. On March 1, 2013, the Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology conducted an annual evaluation of the instant center’s business from March 1, 2012 to February 28, 2013, and on April 11, 2013, the instant center was related to evidentiary data and integrated security control service.
