Reasons
The plaintiff is the owner of Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C large-scale 83 square meters (hereinafter referred to as the "instant land") and the second floor neighborhood living facilities on the ground (hereinafter referred to as the "instant building").
On October 26, 2012, the defendant established a plan for promoting the determination of urban planning facilities (public vacant land) in order to create a D tourist information plaza.
The purpose of the above plan is to contribute to laying D into a global tourist destination by providing visitors with convenience in enhancing the status of D designated as UNESCO's world cultural heritage and finding D, and designating the land of this case owned by the Plaintiff, the land of this case, the F-60 square meters in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, Seoul, 94 square meters in G river owned by the State, 30 square meters in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, Seoul, H-2 square meters in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, and 26 square meters in total of 51 square meters in size in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, Seongbuk-gu I road, and 346 square meters in total (hereinafter referred to as the "land of this case"), and the detailed contents are as follows:
