1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. Of the real estate listed in paragraph 1 of the attached list, the Attached Form Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim;

가. 원고는 2013. 1. 14. 피고와 사이에 별지 목록 제1항 기재 부동산 중 중 별지 도면 표시 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 1의 각 점을 차례로 연결한 선내 ㈎부분 4,908㎡ 및 별지 목록 제2 내지 4항 기재 각 부동산(이하 ‘이 사건 각 부동산’이라 한다)에 관하여 임대차보증금을 50,000,000원으로, 차임을 월 5,500,000원(부가가치세 포함)으로, 임대차 기간을 2013. 3. 7.부터 2016. 3. 6.까지로, 차임 지급일은 매월 4일로 각 정하여 임대하는 내용의 임대차계약(이하 ‘이 사건 임대차계약’이라 한다)을 체결하였고, 피고는 2013. 1. 14.경부터 이 사건 각 부동산을 인도받아 점유사용하고 있다.

B. The Defendant did not pay each car on October 4, 2015, November 4, 2015, and December 4, 2015. C. On the other hand, the Defendant is obligated to pay KRW 60,000,000 (=30,000,000 costs for the cost of repairing facilities) as the cost of restoring the original state by destroying the facilities of the real estate listed in the attached list No. 4, and disposing of the waste of 300 tons of the steel products in each of the instant real estate, and to pay KRW 16,50,000 for the unpaid rent for three months.

Therefore, there is no lease deposit to be returned to the plaintiff, and rather, the defendant 26,50,000 won = 60,000 won for restitution costs to the plaintiff - KRW 16,50,000 for the unpaid rent of KRW 60,00.
