Punishment of the crime

At around 17:40 on July 18, 2020, the Defendant: (a) displayed the victim D’s dog ( approximately 50cm in length, about 50cm in diameter), which is a dangerous object to be abandoned beside the restaurant located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, on the ground that the dog of the victim D was sleeped from the slick, and used the victim’s dog ( approximately 50cm in diameter, about 50cm in diameter), displayed it three times in the direction of the victim, followed the victim’s flick, and assaulted the victim by sleeping the victim’s face once.
