1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 153,540,60 with respect to the Plaintiff and the period from December 23, 2014 to August 3, 2015.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff was entrusted with the automobile accident compensation guarantee business under the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act by the Government as the insurer who entered into a comprehensive automobile insurance contract including the guarantee of automobile accident with respect to D and E vehicles free of charge.
Although Defendant B acquired FF car, it was operated in a non-insurance state without registering transfer of ownership, and Defendant B lent the car to Defendant A.
B. At around 04:27, June 5, 2014, Defendant A driven the said car with the driver’s license of the said car, and driven the two-lanes of the three-lane road in front of the Daejeon Central Bank of Korea, Korea Exchange Bank located in the Daejeon Jung-dong 195-1, along with the two-lanes of the two-lane road from the center NFF, Defendant A parked without taking necessary measures, such as stopping and rescueing the said car, even though Defendant A parked the G crossinging the road on the right side from the left side of the direction of the course to the right side of the said vehicle.

On August 18, 2014, the Plaintiff and his/her bereaved family members entrusted with the business of guaranteeing motor vehicle accident compensation, paid KRW 19,858,90 for medical expenses on August 18, 2014, and KRW 70,141,010 for the agreed amount on December 11, 2014 (total of KRW 90,000 for = 19,858,990 for 70,141,010 for 19,858,900 for the aggregate of KRW 90,000 for 19,858,990 for 70,141,010 for the insurance money under the special agreement on non-insurance coverage, and paid the insurance money with KRW 4,560,340 for 58,980,260 for the agreed amount on December 22, 2014 (total of KRW 63,540,605,63605).65
