1. Defendant A
A. A. On October 7, 2018, the Defendant driven an E digging machine under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of about 0.156% at the 20-meter radius of the first entry into the road as a chill in the vicinity of the D, Gosong-gun, Goak-gun, Seoul, on October 10, 2018.
(2) On October 8, 2018, at around 17:40, the Defendant driven a non-registered motor bicycle under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.248%, without a motorcycle driver’s license, on the front side of G, located in the “F of Goung-gun, Goung-gun, G to the front side of H from about 248 meters to the front side of H.
Accordingly, the defendant, who had a record of drinking twice or more, was driving again.
B. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) the Defendant driven a unregistered motor bicycle without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license at the date and place specified in Article 1(1)(2).
2. Around October 7, 2018, Defendant C driven a freight vehicle of about 7 km from the front of G in the Haak-gunF to the front of the G to the first road, which is located in the Haak-gun, Goak-gun, Goung-gun, Seoul, without obtaining a driver’s license for the vehicle from approximately 7 km.
