Punishment of the crime

On October 28, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to five months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Gwangju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Gwangju Prison on March 27, 2015.

1. On January 30, 2016, around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) contacted the victim C’s lank (78 m) having been parked on the street, which was parked in the area 7,00 Scarc-ro 7,00, and then stored the string of 13,000 won in cash in the vehicle, and then cut the string of 111 times in total, as indicated in the list of crimes in the separate sheet of crimes, and stolen the other’s property owned by another by another person in total amount of KRW 495,500,000, from the time on March 14, 2016, as indicated in the list of crimes.

On January 23, 2016, at around 02:30, the Defendant: (a) accessed the Gpoter cargo vehicles owned by the victim F, parked in the direction of Gwangjubuk-gu, thereby opening the door of the vehicle in a way that strings the strings into the reading center of the driver’s seat and cutting off the locking device; and (b) stolen the cash owned by the victim, with the 300 won in cash located in the cupped World Cup.

The Defendant continued to access the victim H’s I trucking vehicle owned by the victim H, thereby opening the door of the vehicle by putting the string at the driver’s seat room, and printing the locking device into the string, but did not discover but did not commit an attempted crime.

On January 23, 2016, the Defendant, at around 02:50, accessed the Lwitter in the front line of Gwangjubuk-gu, Gwangjubuk-gu, thereby opening the door of the vehicle by means of cutting the strings into the reading center of the vehicle and printing the locking device, but did not discover any goods to be stolen, and did not commit an attempted crime.
