Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On August 8, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution on August 17, 2017 to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Changwon District Court’s branch branch on August 8, 2017.
【Criminal Facts】
From October 1, 2014 to December 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was a person who runs a wholesale business for fishery products under the name of the Defendant in the name of the second floor; (b) issued and received false invoices for profit-making purposes as follows; or (c) submitted to the Government a list of total invoices by purchase and seller; and (d) the sum of supply values, etc. is KRW 12,745,932,200.
1. On October 5, 2014, the Defendant issued a false invoice and submitted a false invoice list of total invoices by customer, and the Defendant issued a false invoice of total supply amounting to KRW 2,779,714,800 in total on 73 occasions from around that time to August 18, 2016, including a false invoice of total supply amounting to KRW 2,50,000,000, as shown in the separate sheet of crime (1), and issued a false invoice of total supply amounting to KRW 2,79,714,80 in total, as shown in the separate sheet of crime (1), and around February 13, 2015, the Defendant issued a false invoice of total supply of KRW 350,00,000 in D for the pertinent period of time as if he/she had supplied fishery products of KRW 350,00,00,000 in D, and submitted the invoice of total sales by customer from around that time to October 27, 2017.
2. On October 2, 2014, the Defendant entered false invoices and submitted false invoices on or around October 2, 2014, and the Defendant issued one invoice as if he was supplied with fishery products equivalent to KRW 50,00,000 from E despite the fact that he was not supplied with fishery products from E, and from around that time until December 26, 2016, as shown in the separate sheet of crime (3), total supply value of KRW 3,693,306,300, total sum of supply value over 24 times, as shown in the separate sheet of crime (3).
