Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a ice car.

On November 3, 2014, around 16:50, the Defendant changed course toward one lane to the direction of the Government on the side side of the three-lane Friju in front of the Friju in Sincheon-si E.
