A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 1, 2010, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2 million as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving) from the Changwon District Court’s branch on September 1, 2010, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million by the same court on February 7, 2013.

On October 4, 2014, at around 23:05, the Defendant driven C rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.182% from the 1.5km section to the front road from the Jinwon Bail, which is located in the Doodong-dong-dong-gu Busan to the Doo-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong in Busan.

Accordingly, the Defendant, who violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice, was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol again.
