Punishment of the crime

In the case of new construction or extension of a building, the head of the Si/Gun shall report the new construction or extension.

Nevertheless, around May 201, the Defendant newly constructed a building using light-weight steel mold to use it as a warehouse and a house on the area of 17,653 square meters of forest land B in Gangwonyang-gun, Gangwon-do.

Accordingly, the defendant newly constructed one building without building report.
