Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 26, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 14:20 on October 26, 2019; (b) around Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, C, and the first floor access of the community service center, the Defendant: (c) around the entrance, the victim E (54) of the D Union, who is a member of the D Association, entered the entrance to attend the general meeting of the above community service center; (d) on the premise that the victim would interfere with the general meeting of shareholders, and (e) forced the victim to interfere with the general meeting of shareholders, thereby hindering the victim’s legitimate exercise of rights as a member of the association; and (e) at the same time,
