Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 2008, the Defendant: (a) prepared a false complaint against D with the intent to have D criminal punishment at the public prosecutor’s office on the mutual infinites Office C located in the Seocho-si, Sinpo-si; and (b) submitted the above complaint to an employee whose name cannot be known at the public prosecutor’s office of the government prosecutor’s office of the government office located in the Gu Office of 1 Dong and Dong 3, 2008.
