1. All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.

2. The costs of appeal are assessed against the Defendants.

Purport of claim and appeal

(b).

1. Basic facts

A. The sales contract and ownership registration 1) for each real estate listed in the separate sheet is each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet that was unregistered between B on June 29, 2016 (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”).

A) The sales contract to sell the sales amount of KRW 700,000 (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) is deemed to be the sales contract.

2) On June 12, 2016, H entered into a contract with respect to each of the instant real estate, which is an aggregate building, and upon obtaining approval for use of the building on June 12, 2016, H completed the registration of establishment of ownership preservation on June 30, 201 and the registration of establishment of ownership preservation on June 30, 2016.

3) On June 30, 2016, H is the registration of the subdivision branch of the Daegu District Court in B, and the registration of the transfer of ownership based on the instant sales contract (hereinafter “instant transfer of ownership”) with No. 54299, Jun. 29, 2016, as of June 30, 2016, as the receipt of June 30, 2016.

B. B) On June 30, 2016, the Defendants’ claim Nos. 2 for the establishment and transfer of a collateral security right was made on the grounds of the contract to establish a collateral security right on June 29, 2016, with respect to each of the real estate stated in the attached list Nos. 1, 2, 5, and 8 to Defendant C.

A. (1) to (6) completed the registration of creation of each collateral (the maximum debt amount of KRW 40,000,000, the debtor B).

B With respect to each real estate listed in attached Table 1, 2, 5, and 8 to Defendant D on June 30, 2016, Article 2-2 of the purport of the claim on the ground of a contract establishing a right to collateral security on June 29, 2016

B. (1) through (6) completed each establishment registration (the maximum debt amount of KRW 28,00,000,000, the debtor B).

3) On July 12, 2016, B: (a) on July 11, 2016, on the real estate listed in paragraph (9) of the attached Table No. 9, B sought the registration of creation of a collateral (the maximum amount of claims KRW 140,00,000, and KRW 2) on the ground of a mortgage contract; (b) on July 11, 2016, B completed the registration of creation of a collateral (the debtor) on the part of the Defendant C on June 30, 2016, as to the real estate listed in paragraph (10) of the attached Table No. 10, the claim No. 2 was sought on June 29, 2016.
