On February 21, 2014, at around 22:25, the Defendant driven the marc vehicle at around about 200 meters in front of the chilled middle school located in the Soak-gu Soak-gu Soakdong in the Jeondong-gu, Seoul, with the blood alcohol concentration of 0.124%.
