A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle B in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury)

On January 10, 2019, the defendant driving of the above vehicle at around 21:42, and proceeded with the well-known intersection which is located in the Jindo-Eup, Do-Eup at the safe time with the inside of the boundary of the parallel.

On January 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) was driving a motor vehicle in the area of approximately 2km from the G restaurant in Pyeongtaek-si F to the forest intersection in the Jindo-Eup Jindo-si, with a blood alcohol content of about 0.123% under the influence of alcohol; and (b) was under the influence of alcohol with the blood alcohol content of 0.123%.

On January 10, 2019, the Defendant driven the foregoing vehicle while under the influence of alcohol on January 21, 2019, and proceeded ahead of the IFH at Pyeongtaek-si Police Station as the front of the IFH’s bridge room at Pyeongtaek-si Police Station.

At the time, the defendant who is engaged in driving of a motor vehicle at night is the front side and the front side.
