A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 8, 2013, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license at around 13:40, driving without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a Bbenz car in the section of about 10km from the 109-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, to the voltage-gu, Seoul, to the front road at the 10-km-dong, a pressure-free middle school.

2. On September 8, 2013, at around 13:40 on September 13:40, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was driving a Dabbbts car, which was in front of the pressure-gu Middle School in Gangnam-gu Seoul, along the two-lanes of the above road; (b) was waiting for the signal after waiting for the signal; (c) was negligent in changing the three-lane as it was as it was, while neglecting the duty of care to make safety changes in the traffic situation of the front and rear left, and prevent the accident by changing the two-lanes to three-lanes; and (d) the Defendant was waiting for the left-hand side part of the said road by the victim, who changed the four-lanes to three-lanes of the above road; and (d) the Defendant was waiting for the left-hand side part of the car driving by the Defendant on the left-hand side of the Dob halogian, waiting for the left-hand side part of the said passenger vehicle by the Defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant by occupational negligence inflicted an injury on the victim E, such as salt, tensions, etc., in which approximately two weeks of medical treatment is required, and the victim G and the victim I (V) who is his her son, suffered an injury on the fluoral base in need of medical treatment for about two weeks. At the same time, the Defendant suffered an injury on the fluoral base in need of medical treatment.
