A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (U.S.) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.A.) are those engaged in driving motor vehicles in C.

At around 04:50 on March 31, 2014, the Defendant driven the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol more than 0.050% of alcohol content, and driven the five-lanes above the five-lane from five-lanes in front of the middle-dong distance in the middle-dong road in the Daegu Suwon-gu, to the middle-dong intersection by negligence in the course of duty, the Defendant shocked the part on the left-hand side of the victim D (38 years old) driving, which was in the atmosphere of the traffic signal to turn to the left from the front side of the left side of the said vehicle.

On April 13, 2007, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million from the Daegu District Court to a fine of KRW 1 million for the crime of violating the Road Traffic Act, and on December 10, 2012 from the Seo branch of the Daegu District Court to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for the same crime, respectively.

Nevertheless, at the same time as in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant driven a C Orus car while under the influence of alcohol more than 0.050% of alcohol content as in the preceding paragraph.
